Refund & Cancellation Policy
Counselling Suite
1. JOSAA / CSAB Counselor Subscription
- If a student does not get a seat in JOSAA counselling, then CSAB counselling support will be provided by us without any additional charges.
- The user must complete the full counselling process. If the user exits the counselling process midway by their own choice, no refund will be applicable.
- Before locking the preference order, the user may consult the counselor. However, all colleges/options suggested by the counselor must be included in the preference list. The user may also add their own preferred options.
- Choice filling must be done by the user directly. We do not ask for or collect JOSAA / CSAB login ID or password for security reasons.
- To claim refund (where applicable), the user must provide a valid CSAB final round seat allotment screenshot clearly showing that no seat was allotted till the last round.
2. Mobile App Premium Subscription
- Any premium subscription or premium content purchased inside the mobile application is non-refundable.
- If the user faces any genuine issue in premium services, our team will make best efforts to resolve the issue promptly.
3. General Terms
- Refund requests without valid proof may be rejected.
- If approved, refund processing may take 1-2 working days depending on payment method.
- Counselling Suite reserves the right to update this policy anytime without prior notice.
